About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, A team player, customer-focused Maintenance Plumbing Specialist to complete residential plumbing work while delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner.

If you’re driven, professional and ready to earn $100K–$150K OTE , enjoy weekly commissions and a $2,000 sign-on bonus , this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend residential properties for installations, repairs and upgrades

- Diagnose plumbing issues and present transparent, tailored solutions

- Build rapport and trust with customers through professional communication

- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless project delivery





- Provide first-class customer service from start to finish

Who We’re Looking For

- Licensed Plumber & Drainer (maintenance experience preferred)

- Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people

- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills

- Takes pride in workmanship and professionalism — no shortcuts

- Reliable, motivated and results-driven

- Works well independently and within a team

- Computer-literate and comfortable using job management software

- Holds a driver’s licence and full Australian work rights
