BlueCare seeks a Wellness Lead to guide the wellness and engagement program across our homes, delivering planning, execution and evaluation in partnership with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and wellbeing.

The permanent full time role is hybrid with travel, requiring a Diploma in Leisure and Health, a current QLD driver’s licence, and experience designing wellness programs in aged care, disability or community settings.
