Job Description

CareSuper is seeking a Journey Owner to own the end-to-end member journey across the retain and retire lifecycle, translating strategic priorities into explicit roadmaps and backlog for delivery teams. Reporting to the GM Member Experience, you will shape how we deliver meaningful value for members and the business.

You will develop journey roadmaps, define squad outcomes and OKRs, work with Experience, Digital, Product and business stakeholders, and monitor journey performance to boost engagement.
