About The Opportunity

We're looking for a Master Data Assistant to join our team at our Heatherton Support Office.

We offer a hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial training period. Please note, training will be completed on-site, requiring 5 days per week in the office.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Enter and maintain product & pricing information across multiple systems
n
- Create current products and update existing product records
n
- Process pricing changes and product information updates accurately and on time
n
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies and missing information
n
- Follow up with stakeholders when information doesn't look right
n
- Respond to requests from a shared inbox
n
- Action exception reports to rectify errors in data
n
- Work with spreadsheets and reports to upload and validate information
n
- Support the team with data-related administrative tasks
n

You're Likely a Match If You Have

n

n
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, pricing, inventory or product maintenance
n
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
- Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
n
- Confidence working across multiple systems at the same time
n
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- A willingness to learn and ask questions
n
- A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving
n
