Job Description

Optus in Australia is seeking a Remediation Specialist to investigate and resolve matters where customers may have been affected by improper sales practices. You will act as a customer advocate, manage complex cases end-to-end and determine fair remediation outcomes.

You will collaborate with Quality Control, Regulatory, Legal and operations teams, identify root causes, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence while ensuring regulatory compliance and a robust focus on customer care.
