Job Description

Hunter Current England Local Health District in Moree, NSW, is seeking a Diabetes Educator & Cardiac Rehabilitation CNS to lead diabetes care and cardiac rehabilitation across community and acute settings.

The role requires NSW RN registration and a postgraduate qualification in diabetes management, with travel to surrounding communities as part of outreach. Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and clinical leadership is preferred.
