Job Description

- Analyse and document business requirements for the UKG Pro system.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Configure and maintain the UKG Pro system to meet operational needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the system.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UKG Pro Business Analyst should have:

- Experience implementing UKG Pro system.




- A background in the healthcare industry or familiarity with its operational requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and address business needs effectively.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining system functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to develop user-friendly training materials and provide support to end-users.
