About The Role

n

As a COPE Driver, you'll be part of a professional and safety-focused team responsible for transporting high-value, time-sensitive freight across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

n

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- Transporting Sensitive Freight between depots, customer sites and major distribution centres
n
- Completing pre-start checks and maintaining vehicle safety standards
n
- Loading and unloading freight with careful attention to load restraint and security
n
- Handling specialised trailers and equipment
n
- Scanning freight using COPE's track and trace system
n
- Managing delivery schedules and completing accurate documentation
n
- Working solo or as part of a two-person team,



depending on route and freight

What You Will Bring To This Role

n

n
- A current HC or MC license, with a minimum of 1 year experience driving HC vehicles
n
- Strong geographical knowledge of Brisbane and surrounds
n
- A strong commitment to safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
n
- Experience in sensitive freight, linehaul or specialised transport (preferred)
n
- Forklift, white card or working-at-heights licences are desired but not essential
n
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously
n
- A professional attitude, reliability and good physical fitness
n
