The NSW Department of Communities and Justice in Parramatta is seeking an Executive Leader to establish and integrate a new Conduct Intake and Support function across DCJ and CSNSW. You will drive the implementation of a current operating model, strengthen assessment, triage and management of conduct matters, and ensure governance and fairness across the function.

You will provide leadership oversight of intake and assessment of workplace conduct matters, applying sound judgement to determine risk
