Pacific Seeds is looking for an experienced ICT Manager to lead the technology function supporting our Australian operations from Toowoomba.

n

This role combines hands-on local responsibility with broader reach. You will support UPL and its related entities across Australia and New Zealand and contribute to global IT projects led by UPL.

The chance

n

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Managing Director, Advanta Australia, you will oversee the secure, reliable and effective delivery of ICT infrastructure, business systems and end-user support. You will also lead an ICT Support Officer.

What you'll do

n

- Lead ICT operations for Pacific Seeds in Australia and provide support across Australia and New Zealand.
n




- Manage infrastructure, networks, security, SQL databases, backups, devices, licensing and user support.
n
- Coordinate suppliers and expenditure, improve service delivery and contribute to global UPL IT projects.

What you'll bring

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or business and at least five to seven years' experience in a comparable commercial ICT role.
n
- Broad technical capability across infrastructure, networks, security, databases, backups and end-user support.
n
- Strong communication, judgement and prioritisation skills, advanced Excel capability and a current driver's licence. Pronto experience is advantageous.
