Mansfield Steiner School is seeking an experiencedHumanities/Englishand/orLOTEteacher to join our lively and experience secondary school team. This position mayinclude IBDP (Year 11&12) alongside Year 7-10 classes.

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

n

- Appropriate teaching qualifications andregistration with the Victorian Institute ofTeaching (VIT).
n
- An interest andwillingness towork withinSteiner Educationprinciples.
n
- Recent experience teaching Humanitiesand/or,
n
- Recent experience teachingLOTE.
n
- Experiencedelivering Literacy Supportin secondary schools.
n
- Be able to bring creativity and practicalactivities to lessons.
n
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication,andpresentation skills.
n
- An ability to work autonomously and as amember of a team.
n
- Commitment to adhere to the Victorian Child Secure Standards and the school's related policies.
