Downer is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join the Energy & Utilities team in Chatswood, NSW. You will provide expert guidance, coaching and mentoring across health, safety, wellbeing, setting and sustainability, supporting the Downer Standard and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead incident investigations, deliver risk controls, and strengthen safety ownership across operational teams, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and governance within Zero Harm
