About the role:

n

n
- Utilising your product knowledge and superior communications skills to drive sales by explaining health insurance options and guide customers toward the most suitable policy.
n
- Break down complex health insurance information into simple, easy-to-understand terms during calls.
n
- Ask targeted discovery questions to understand customer needs, priorities, and budget.
n
- Tailor recommendations based on each customer's unique circumstances.
n
- Build trust and rapport through clear, confident, and empathetic communication.
n

About you:

n





We're looking for experienced (minimum 1 year) salespeople who thrive in fast-paced, phone-based sales. This is quick-turnaround selling, you'll be closing daily.
n You might come from:

- Call centre/telesales/inside sales
n
- Fundraising/charity
n
- Media & advertising sales
n
- Online education/course sales
n
- Telco, utilities, finance, automotive, or other high-volume sales
n

n

Health insurance experience is a bonus. A strong sales track record, pace, resilience, and coach-ability are essential.
