Job Description

BravoFit is seeking a Membership Services Representative at Armstrong Creek, VIC. You will welcome members and guests, monitor club access, answer questions, resolve complaints, and promote the Judgement Free Zone ethos.

You will also sell memberships, process agreements, operate the POS, and help keep the front desk organised while supporting daily club operations and member welcome calls.
