Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Clinical Dietitian I to our Dietary Department at Baptist Downtown, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN chance.

As theClinicialDietitian I, you will be responsible for:

- Assuring patients receiving appropriate nutrition

- Implementing and maintaining plan of care for TF and TPN patients

- Providing education to inpatients and/or significant others, staff, civic organizations, and approved community events

- Communicating well with multidisciplinary staff

- Promoting a caring and supportive work environment

- Performing other functions as assigned

- Improving and maintaining department quality results





- This position will have options for coverage at all Baptist Health hospital locations

- Developing personal goals

Experience Requirements:

- 1-2 years Clinical Inpatient Nutrition Care Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

- Registered Dietitian (RD) Required

- Licensed Dietitian Required

- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)(Preferred)

- Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)(Preferred)

- Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG)(Preferred)

- Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management(Preferred)

- Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO)(Preferred)

- Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP)(Preferred)

- Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR)(Preferred)

- Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition (Preferred)

- Bachelor of Science- Required

- Master of Science- Preferred
