FP&A; Analyst | Newcastle, NSW

Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies globally, supplying and supporting equipment across mining, construction and industrial sectors. As the finance team grows, they're after an FP&A; Analyst to support with budgeting, forecasting and leading monthly business reviews.

The role:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning
- Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain financial models across scenarios in Excel and SAP/Oracle
- Analyse performance to flag key drivers, risks and opportunities
- Present insights at forums including Integrated Business Reviews

About you:

- CA or CPA qualified
- 5 to 8+ years in financial planning, analysis or business partnering
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, ERP exposure highly regarded
- Comfortable managing large, complex data sets to drive insights
- Solid communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
