THE ROLE

n

The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for leading operational performance, commercial outcomes, and continuous improvement across a diverse multi-site portfolio of tourism facilities.

n

This role provides leadership, direction, and support to Park Managers, ensuring delivery of high-quality guest experiences, adhere to safety and risk standards, strong financial performance, and adherence to all other company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

n

As a key leader within the Belgravia Parks function, the role acts as a conduit between operations, finance, systems, and support services to embed consistent standards, drive data-led decision-making, and support scalable growth across the portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE & STANDARDS

n

n
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site regional portfolio
n
- Drive consistent operational standards, service quality, and guest experience across all venues
n
- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans where required
n
- Ensure compliance with operational, contractual, and safety standards
n

n

RISK, SAFETY & GOVERNANCE

n

n




- Ensure strong risk management practices across all venues
n
- Oversee safety compliance and governance standards
n
- Manage contract reporting and audit requirements
n

n

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES

n

n
- Drive accountability for achieving budgets, revenue targets, and participation outcomes
n
- Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
n
- Analyse financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities
n
- Oversee operations to deliver strong commercial performance
n
- Support development of business cases and strategic investment decisions
n

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE

n

n
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Venue Managers
n
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
n
- Build capability across teams to strengthen operational and financial performance
n
- Promote employee engagement and its link to strong business outcomes
n
- Act as a key liaison between operations and support services, identifying and spotlighting key gaps in the skills and knowledge of Park Managers and co-ordinating the training and support required from support services
