Our Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Dump Truck Operator to jump in and keep our sites running at full pace. If you know how to move earth efficiently, work safely, and bring your A-game every day — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll be behind the wheel of articulated and/or rigid dump trucks, hauling bulk materials — spoil, aggregates, fill — across active civil construction sites. Your work directly drives project delivery, so reliability and precision matter.

- Operate dump trucks safely and productively across live civil construction sites
n




- Transport bulk materials in line with site plans and supervisor direction
n
- Complete thorough pre‐start inspections
n
- Follow all loading and haulage procedures to keep site movement smooth
n
- Work with a team of experienced operators
n
- Collaborate with Supervisors, Leading Hands and plant operators
n
- Own your WHS and environmental responsibilities
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Dump truck experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks
n
- Solid competency operating large mobile plant — safely and efficiently
n
- A genuine understanding of site safety and environmental obligations
n
- Valid VOC for dump truck operation
n
- Rock‐solid attendance, strong work ethic and a team‐first attitude
n
- Explicit communicator who takes direction
n
