We are the proud owner and operator of the Fish Gold Mine andthe expanded Sandstone district, home to the region's largestMineral Resource inventory (2.4Moz @ 1.5g/t Au). With constructionof our Laverton Processing Facility now well underway, we areprogressing the development of our open pits and expanding ourunderground operations as we move towards production.

We are currently seeking an experiencedMetallurgySuperintendent to join our team for the LavertonProcessing Facility. Reporting to the Processing Manager andworking an 8/6 roster, this role will initially be based at ourSubiaco Head Office for the first couple of months beforetransitioning to site.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved from theconstruction and commissioning phase through to operational rampup,



with the Senior Metallurgist playing a key role in processreadiness, metallurgical performance, optimisation and establishingthe foundations for a safe, efficient and successful processingoperation.

As the Metallurgy Superintendent, your keyresponsibilities will include:

- Recovery and throughput optimisation
n
- Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation
n
- Commissioning and process readiness
n
- Technical support and troubleshooting
n
- Compliance, reporting and leadership
n
- Reagents and consumables budget management
n
- Water and tailings balance
n

n

About You

n

n
- Gold processing experience
n
- Commissioning and ramp up experience
n
- Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation experience
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, e.g. Metallurgy, ChemicalEngineering or Mineral Engineering
n
- Knowledge of Mines Regulation requirements
n
