Job Description

The Cove in Patterson Lakes is seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to run your section in a rapid-paced kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and upholding food safety standards. Join The Cove as part of Pegasus Leisure Group's Melbourne dining venues.

You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assist with stock, maintain cleanliness, and mentor junior kitchen staff while minimising waste and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
