We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the lead on day-to-day operations, team performance and the overall guest experience.

About you:

- Experienced hospitality leader with a robust service background
n
- Venue, restaurant, pub, bar or entertainment experience
n
- Comfortable leading teams of 20+ across a busy operation
n
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on team culture
n
- Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of budgets, wage costs and KPIs
n
- Confident managing busy periods while maintaining high service standards
n
- Guest-focused and comfortable being visible on the floor
n
- A genuine interest in developing and leading people
n
