Job Description

VicRoads in Mitcham is seeking casual Customer Service Officers to deliver registration and licensing services in person, over the counter, by phone, and in writing, in line with established policies and guidelines.

We're looking for people with exceptional customer service, robust communication, and a collaborative mindset. A valid driver's license and some travel are required. Salary is $32.91 per hour plus 25% loading, with additional benefits and development opportunities.
