Job Description

As a Mountain Bike Guide you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbo's wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.

About the role

- Assist with the daily operations of the Thredbo MTB operations
n
- Assist the MTB Trail Crew with trail maintenance
n
- Assist with retail sales, rental fit-out and event operations
n
- Support rental fleet servicing, maintenance and customer repair jobs
n
- Provide information on Thredbo, Kosciuszko National Park and the surrounding areas
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Intermediate to advanced level gravity mountain biker rider
n
- Skilled Mountain Bike Level 1 Certificate/Level 1 PMBI/Equivalent in-house training
n
- Experienced in bike servicing and maintenance
n
- Passionate about Thredbo, Kosciuszko National Park and the alpine region
n
- NSW Working With Children's Check
