Batcher / Relief Agitator Driver Wanted!

Your work will be a mix of batching, yard duties, customer interaction and relief agitator driving, all contributing to the delivery of high‐quality concrete to our customers. No two days are the same.

Why This Role?

- Batcher/ Relief Agitator based out of our Moranbah Concrete Plant.
n
- Hourly rate: ranging from $34-36/hour depending on experience.
n
- Overtime: time and a half after 7.6 hours, double time after 9.6 hours.
n
- 45 to 55 average weekly hours, Monday to Friday, with Saturday work.
n
- Operate modern, well‐maintained trucks featuring advanced safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking.
n
- Enjoy daily variety with, batching support, agitator driving and occasional loader work, stock take, and yard duties.
n
- 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.
n

Position Duties:

n

n
- Batching of Pre-Mixed Concrete, Allocating of customer jobs.
n
- Operating the front-end loader (for those with ticket or experience).
n
- Completing stock takes.
n
- Performing pre-start checks.
n
- Loading and delivering concrete as an agitator driver.
n
- Yard duties which include the cleaning of trucks and general site maintenance.
n
- Supporting purchasing activities.
n




- Ensuring safety and quality procedures are always followed.
n

About You

n

n
- A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence.
n
- A current White Card (or willingness to obtain).
n
- SAP and Command batching system experience, or willingness to learn.
n
- Experience ordering materials and maintaining adequate stock levels.
n
- Ability to assist in plant maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
n
- Strong customer communication skills, with the ability to represent the business professionally in office.
n
- Good computer literacy and the ability to follow processes.
n
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
n
- A safety‐first attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean, presentable truck.
