Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Alpha Nobis is a Sydney-based facilities maintenance, Fitout & refurbishment company delivering projects and ongoing maintenance services across some of Sydney's leading commercial buildings.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in a full-time role.

n

You'll work across multiple commercial sites throughout Sydney, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, minor building works, repairs and general handyman tasks.

The Role

n

- General building maintenance and repairs
n
- Minor carpentry, patching, painting and fit-off works
n
- Door, lock, hardware, cabinetry and fixture repairs
n
- Office, amenities and common-area upgrades
n
- Planned and reactive maintenance
n
- Identify and report maintenance issues
n
- Coordinate with subcontractors and building management where required
n




- Maintain clean, safe and professional work areas
n
- Represent Alpha Nobis professionally when dealing with clients and tenants
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Strong all-round handyman and maintenance experience
n
- Carpentry or building experience highly regarded
n
- Confident using hand and power tools
n
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
n
- Reliable, organised and professional
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- White Card
n
- Trade qualification advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
n
