Job Description

Duratec is seeking a capable People & Culture Advisor to provide generalist advice across Defence, mining, infrastructure, marine, construction and energy sectors. You will partner with operational leaders to drive project delivery and build solid relationships across the business.

The role requires knowledge of employment law, awards and EBA, plus experience handling performance, discipline and terminations. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
