- Design, build and maintain front‐end features and React components across BAW's product suite

- Contribute to .NET backend services, APIs, authentication, logging patterns and reusable application components
n
- Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation and processing workflows
n
- Champion AI‐assisted tooling across team processes and ways of working
n
- Contribute to database schemas, SQL queries and stored procedures
n
- Improve performance, data quality and observability
n
- Contribute to solution design, technical specifications and acceptance criteria
n
- Support incident investigation and resolution across front‐end, backend and data processing systems
n
- Support and mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
