DWS are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the review and transformation of Core HCM and Payroll processes within an SAP setting, on client site.

Salary: Up to $210K pkg (including super) or $1000pd ACN Contractor

In this role, you will document current-state processes, identify opportunities to simplify and align with standard SAP functionality, and design future-state processes using BPMN standards and Signavio. You will work closely with stakeholders to support a potential transition from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, helping ensure legacy customisations are challenged and only value-adding processes are retained.

Key Responsibilities

- Document current-state Core HCM and Payroll processes
- Analyse and identify opportunities to simplify processes using standard SAP capabilities
- Develop future-state process models using BPMN and Signavio
- Produce key business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, use cases, and process maps
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support process transformation initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in business process modelling using BPMN & Signavio
- Hands-on experience with Signavio




- Experience with Core HCM and Payroll processes
- SAP experience, ideally across ECC6 and/or S/4HANA environments
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience supporting process improvement simplification, or transformation programs

Highly Desirable

- Exposure to SAP migration or transformation projects (ECC6 to S/4HANA)
- Understanding of on-premises to cloud transformation initiatives
