- Contract through to 30 June 2027 + extensions

- Canberra based - Two days onsite per week

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance

- Enterprise information architecture, metadata, taxonomy and information governance expertise

An experienced Information Architect is required to support a significant organisational change program. You will shape how information is structured, classified, governed and shared across business systems, helping establish a sustainable information setting that supports better services and business outcomes.

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Assessing the current information landscape, repositories, structures and information flows
n
- Facilitating discovery workshops with business, technical and executive stakeholders
n
- Developing conceptual and logical information models, taxonomies and metadata frameworks
n
- Designing information classification, content and interoperability structures
n
- Establishing information governance standards, recommendations and supporting documentation
n




- Aligning information architecture with enterprise, business, data and solution architecture
n
- Supporting implementation, stakeholder adoption and knowledge transfer activities
n

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise information architectures
n
- Strong expertise in information modelling, metadata, taxonomy and classification frameworks
n
- Experience establishing information governance standards and improving information quality
n
- Ability to assess current-state environments and design practical future-state architectures
n
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and consensus-building skills
n
- Understanding of privacy, security classification, records management and regulatory obligations
n
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing work through tools such as Azure DevOps
