About the Role

n

We are looking for an Intermediate Stonemason Fabricator to join our production team at Pazzi Marble & Granite.

n

In this role you will independently produce high-precision natural stone elements (benchtops, cladding, feature pieces and more) to a high standard. You will handle a full range of fabrication tasks with minimal supervision, maintain excellent quality, and support junior team members. You will be a reliable core member of the factory team.

About You

n

n
- Solid experience as a stonemason or fabricator in natural stone (typically 2–5+ years)
n
- Strong hand skills and consistent quality finish
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently
n
- Physically capable of handling stone safely
n
- Reliable, detail-oriented and proud of your work
n
- Able to work with minimal supervision
n
- Willingness to support and coach junior team members
n

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
n
- Ability to lift and handle stone materials safely
n
- Comfortable working in a factory environment with machinery, slurry and noise
n
- Able to always wear required PPE
n

What you will do

- Independently produce finished stonework from shop drawings and cut lists
n
- Keep work areas clean, tools maintained and consumables organised
n
- Maintain high standards of dimensional accuracy, surface finish and edge quality
n
- Identify material defects or drawing issues early and raise them
n




- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE without exception.
n
- Support and guide Junior Fabricators when required
n
- Complete allocated jobs to the required standard and timeframe
n
- Contribute practical suggestions for process improvement
n

Nice to have

- Previous work on high-end residential or architectural stone projects

- Familiarity with different natural stones (marble, granite, quartzite, porcelain, etc.)

- Experience in a fast-paced factory or production environment.

- Experience mentoring or training junior fabricators

- Robust interest in continuous improvement and process efficiency
n
- Experience working in a high-standards / quality-focused workshop environment
