CACAO Australia is a leading artisan producer of premium macarons and chocolates, seeking an experienced Production Manager – Pastry to lead our Cheltenham facility and a team of 30+ employees. This hands-on role focuses on macaron and chocolate production, quality, food safety and efficiency, with opportunities to drive improvements and growth across the operation.
