Job Description

CatholicCare Tasmania in Launceston seeks a Youth & Therapeutic House Lead to provide 24/7 therapeutic care at a residential facility. You will lead a team, implement therapeutic plans, and support young people toward independence and healing.

You will collaborate with the Placement Lead and Therapeutic Specialist to ensure high-quality care, maintain records, and foster a safe, structured setting while promoting wellbeing and development for each young person.
