Westpac Group's BT wealth management arm is seeking a Case Manager, Estate & Claims Management in Adelaide to handle end-to-end estate and claims cases including Death Advantages, TPD, Permanent Incapacity and Terminal Illness.

Based in Festival Tower, Adelaide, you will support customers, beneficiaries, advisers and stakeholders with empathy and accuracy, ensuring compliant processing and positive outcomes across wealth, superannuation and estates.
