- Drive the growth, performance, customer experience, and compliance of the Business Deposits portfolio
n
- Identify opportunities to enhance products, improve customer outcomes, and deliver innovative solutions across multiple brands
n
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Experience stakeholders
n
- Use customer insights, market trends, and data-driven analysis to influence decision-making
n
- Develop compelling product propositions
n
- Deliver initiatives that create value for customers and the business
n
- Support product governance, risk management, and portfolio optimization
n
- Support delivery of market-leading business banking experiences
n
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance customer and employee experiences
n
- Shape the future of the business banking offering across BOQ and BOQ Specialist
n
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and business growth

Requirements

- Previous experience in a product, banking, or financial services workplace
n
- Strong commercial acumen
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven ability to deliver successful initiatives from concept through execution

- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and turn insights into actions

- Strong understanding of customer needs, business banking products, and regulatory requirements
