Job profile summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass productionof goods including:

- Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout

- Designing thesequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factoryconditions

- Conducting tests throughout all stages of productiontodeterminecontrolover applicable variables andtroubleshooting/solvingproduction problems

- Providing guidanceand inputsto product design engineering on technical specifications that willbestutilizeequipmentand manufacturingtechniques.

- Ensuring that production processes and proceduresare in compliancewithregulations.

- Responsible for supporting optical assembly processes, includingproperhandlingandcleaningtechniquesof optical componentstomaintainhigh-qualitystandards.

- The role requires familiarity with optical adhesives andabasicunderstandingof bonding chemistry to ensure effective and reliableassembly.

- Knowledge of optical systems, optical measurements and optical system performance.

- Requires understanding of compliance, pharmaceutical, biological,



biochemical,medical,patentandcommercial factors.

- Make recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials; develop and inform new product design or current product upgrades to ensure manufacturability and assembly; support investigations by providing technical reports for use by regulatoryagencies/bodies.

- Min bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation ect related discipline

- 5-10 years NPI engineer, process engineer experience in MTO, prefer in start-ups, relevant experience in highly regulated industry with complex product lines. Optics most preferred.

- Strong Mechanical, chemical, process, optics background, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on approach with a strong ability to work directly on equipment and processes.

- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.

- Commitment to compliance , safety, and continuous improvement.

- Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

- Commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement
