As a Graduate, you'll work on real projects, gaining hands‐on experience in a Project Engineer role. You'll work both on‐site and in the office between projects, collaborating closely with your team to gain hands‐on experience in project delivery and management.

You'll work on large‐scale projects that integrate multiple disciplines, giving you insight into how each one contributes to the overall success. This hands‐on experience will help you develop a comprehensive understanding of project engineering within the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
n
- Manage sub‐contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
n
- Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
n
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
n
- Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team‐oriented approach to project delivery.
n
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
n
- Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Engineering degree (Bachelors) in Australia or New Zealand.
n
- Must be Mechanical or Civil Specialisation.
