The Mansfield Park Hotel is seeking a Night Duty Manager to oversee evening operations, ensure service excellence, manage gaming compliance, and lead the team through closing procedures. The role emphasizes autonomous decision-making, solid customer service, and maintaining high presentation, safety, and guest experience standards.

Experience as a Duty Manager or supervisor in hospitality with RSA and RP status is required, and a Gaming Manager's Badge is preferred or obtainable.
