Canva is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own and evolve the evaluation platform strategy across a broad ML lifecycle. You will partner with AI feature teams and CORE leadership to align roadmaps, coordinate with adjacent platform teams, and drive large cross-team initiatives from ideation to completion.

You will coach 9+ engineers, shape development rituals, and define goals and metrics that align with company priorities.
