What you'll be doing
n
n
- Undertake the O'Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
n
- Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
n
- Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations
n
- Carry out glass chip repairs
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
n
- Represent the O'Brien® brand with pride and reliability
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
n
- Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
n
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
n
- Robust work ethic and desire for a long‐term career
n
- Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
n
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
n
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills
n
- Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
