Job Description

YSAS is seeking a Youth Worker (Outreach) to support young people aged 12–25 and their families in the Southeast, with outreach in Dandenong and Frankston. This fixed-term, part-time role offers a multidisciplinary team setting and a commitment to culturally diverse engagement in our Youth Hubs.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience with complex needs, specialist youth AOD/Mental Health skills, and strong collaboration and care-planning abilities within a supportive team.
