Job Description

n
- Lead complex valuation engagements across businesses, equity interests and financial instruments
n
- Own and challenge financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value measurement, impairment testing and share-based payments
n
- Advise senior stakeholders on corporate finance and M&A; matters, including cost of capital, capital structure optimisation, deal pricing and value assessment
n
- Work with clients and deal teams to identify value drivers, pressure test assumptions and support investment and divestment decisions
n
- Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth, margin improvement and capital efficiency
n
- Lead engagements end-to-end, from scoping and project management through technical review and communication of findings
n
- Maintain trusted client relationships
n
- Coach and develop team members and build an inclusive environment
n
- Help grow the valuation advisory practice and shape current work
n

Requirements

n

n
- Experience in core business valuations, managing and delivering client engagements across diverse industries
n
- Transaction-focused advisory experience, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital management
n
- Strong market research, data analysis, financial modelling and project management skills
n
- Ability to produce client-understandable deliverables
n
- Ability to communicate complex conclusions concisely to CFOs, investment committees and auditors
n
- Integrity and care for colleagues and clients
n




- Confidence with AI, digital tools and emerging technologies
n
- Ability to build and maintain internal and client relationships
n
- Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
n
- Availability for work visa sponsorship is stated as Yes
