Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a passionate Aboriginal Family Worker to join our Family Connect & Support team in Southwest Sydney. This full-time role focuses on culturally secure casework with Aboriginal children, young people and families, supporting wellbeing, safety and connection to community.

You will build trusting relationships, develop strengths-based plans and coordinate services to ensure timely access to support, with a strong emphasis on Aboriginal perspective and community partnerships.
