The Opportunity

n

Our Cotswold Hills development will deliver 205 homes, with approximately 2.5 years of work on-site, plus a pipeline of adjoining projects providing an additional 5+ years of ongoing opportunities. Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy. You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintaining momentum on-site, even under pressure.

To Be Successful You Must

n

- Have a QBCC Licence
n
- Experience in Residential Construction with high volume
n
- Drivers Licence + white card
n
- A trade background, carpentry is preferred
n
- Supervisor experience while following OHS procedures
n
- Problem solving skills and good decision making
n
- Competent with IT, preferably Onsite Companion
n
- Have a practical, hands-on approach ensuring you're present on site and follow through with what you commit to
n
- Remain calm under pressure while adapting to challenges if they arise
n
