Job Description

HammondCare is looking for an experienced Full-time Residential Manager to lead the Daw Park home, guiding staff to deliver high quality, individualised care in a calm and supportive environment. You will oversee clinical care provision, direction and performance of the residential home.

The successful candidate will hold AHPRA Registered Nurse status, have aged care residential management experience (ideally with dementia), and demonstrate solid leadership, negotiation and communication while
