Job Description

Mind Australia Limited seeks compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioners to join the Deer Park team. The role provides recovery‐oriented, 1:1 and group supports to adults aged 25–65, within the APARC service, on a 24/7 rotating roster including sleepover shifts.

You will help clients develop daily living skills, build community connections, and work with families and carers to support holistic recovery and independence in the community.
