We are looking for a Business Partner for the Quality, Environment and Sustainability team to support our Western Australia / Northern Territory business and be based in Perth.

- Support the business in driving its quality, environmental and sustainability strategy, programmes, processes, and obligations
- Promote quality and setting performance improvement and achievement of management system objectives and key performance indicators
- Undertake internal and second-party quality and environmental audits as well as attending and supporting third-party audits (e.g., ISO 9001 and 14001)
- Upskill and train employees in the use of the quality and environmental management system through coaching and mentoring

- Internal or Lead Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001, 14001)
- Strong experience in implementing Quality and Environmental Management Systems
- A background in Environmental Science / Management
- A strong implementation and delivery focus with a strategic outlook
- The ability to influence and draw together disparate ideas and points of view
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in delivering training desired
