Position: IT & AV Support Technician

systemsGo is seeking an IT Support Technician to work at our client's office in Melbourne. The client is a global medical technology company which works to make healthcare ever better. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities (but not limited):

n

- Provide Level 2 desktop support at client's office
n
- Provide helpdesk and remote support for IT and AV equipment
n
- Complete project tasks as instructed by the client
n
- Occasional after-hours work with appropriate compensation
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
n




- Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
n
- 2+ years experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role
n
- Comfortable working in a team
n
- Microsoft MCP certification preferred
n
- Experience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, Sharepoint, etc
n
- Experience with AV systems and providing meeting support
n
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems including ServiceNow
n
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is preferredbut not essential
n
