Job Description

FJT Logistics in Adelaide seeks an experienced Customer Service & Operations Manager to lead our freight forwarding operations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive service performance, and ensure excellent customer outcomes across air and sea freight activities.

You will manage the CS & Operations team, work with senior management on KPIs, and support key client relationships, delivering high standards in a fast-paced logistics setting.
