Based in our vibrant Brisbane office, this hybrid role balances in-office collaboration with adaptable focus, supporting Tour Leaders on the road and coordinating with the Oceania Operations team to deliver world-class tours across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding and performance management, coordinate staff trips and training, and ensure smooth on-tour operations with strong customer service
