Job Description

- Handle complex financial lines, professional indemnity, construction and engineering, director and officers (D&O;), warranty and indemnity (W&I;) matters
n
- Provide coverage and dispute resolution services to corporate and commercial clients locally, nationally and internationally
n
- Work closely on market-leading matters with Partners and the wider team
n
- Be heavily involved in all aspects of matters
n
- Drive and make a significant contribution to matter outcomes
n
- Develop client relationships with Partner assistance
n

Requirements

n

n
- 2-4 years' experience as a lawyer/Associate
n
- General insurance litigation, financial lines, professional indemnity, and director and officers (D&O;) experience is preferred
n
- Strong academic credentials
n
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
n
- Strong time management skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
n
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Commercial awareness
n
